Starting my diet and exercising

As I mentioned in my New Year's Resolutions, I will start exercising and eat healthier! I will go on a diet that my friend told me about, and I will follow a special training schedule. If I successfully manage to go through with this, I should get results already after 1 week. I hardly doubt it though, but I will get results sooner or later for sure.

I will follow this diet as long as I can, and I will do my best. I'm pretty nervous about it but at the same time excited, since this is my first time doing anything like this. I don't really want to tell you how much weight I'm planning to loose though, since I probably will get a lot of shit from people if I do (wich I probably will get anyway). I can tell you that I'll be eating a lot of soup though, and will probably be very pissed off.

I will be updating about my diet for 7 days, because after that, I'm just going to repeat the same procedure every week. I will not only do this to have something to write about, but also to give you a closer look into my personal life and to keep myself motivated.
